Here they are introduced to writing and also start recognizing numbers and letters. Various activities make them familiar with different sounds, colors, shapes and sizes. They are made aware of their surroundings and various objects of daily lives.
This is the time when they become more independent in their personal activities. Their interactions with the others also increase and their social behavior starts developing. They are taught to understand a concept as well as to express themselves verbally.
